- StartAllBack to fix all Windows 11 deal-breaking UI issues

I just noticed this problem after the lengthy April 18 Windows 10 Update. When I press the "Get" button, the screen flashes very quickly and I am able to briefly see the "working" button, but the original screen with the "Get" button immediately returns and the App does not download. Pressing the "Get" button repeatedly causes the same behavior. I'm experiencing this same issue on a Surface 3 bit Windows 10 computer that was also recently updated to the April 18 update. I have rebooted both computers numerous times, and the problem persists.

The fact that I'm having this problem on two different computers leads me to believe that my Microsoft account may have somehow become corrupted.

I can still sign in using my Micrsoft credentials on both computers. Any suggested solutions that I have not previously listed above would be appreciated. I do have a restore point saved that will return my computers to the state they were in immediately before the April update, but I hate to try this, because I really want to keep the current Windows version installed if possible.

I'm not even sure the problem did not exist before the recent update. Was this reply helpful? Yes No. Sorry this didn't help. Thanks for your feedback.
